設備采用基恩士編程控制系統，面板采用觸摸屏操作簡單方便，伺服電機涂膠機構涂膠過程平穩均勻。檢測系統采用日本基恩士CCD影像，氣動配置采用進口元件。

上注射針座→壓針座→組裝針管→涂膠→烘箱→檢堵→CCD檢測毛刺→硅化→剔廢→上護帽→壓護帽→卸料
